This planning application was for a high-quality, single storey orangery extension with contemporary appearance and traditional construction to be erected to the rear of the Grade II listed dwelling. The proposal includes the use of high-quality materials and will have a flexible living, working, dining use as an extension of the kitchen dining area. The extension will be flat roofed with a lantern roof light.
