This new flexible storage / manufacturing facility in Sheffield provides industrial unit sizes ranging from approximately 100m2 to 1000m2, meeting the significant demand in Sheffield and providing potential tenants with a choice of unit size dependant on their requirements. The units are arranged in terraces, allowing for flexibility and adaptability specific to future tenants needs.
What we love about this development in particular is that the aim was to significantly enhance the existing green infrastructure that bounds the site. The design team worked closely with the local council to reach a design that particularly respects the wildlife corridor running adjacent to the site and excellent opportunities were found for biodiversity improvements
